The 42 Day Jumpstart is the latest product I have designed to use with my clients. It is completely different than the WCILW book and workbook. The 42 Day Jumpstart takes you through the very structured process of creating awareness of your own overeating so you can lose weight. It helps you to discover, day by day, why you overeat and how to start to change those patterns. It includes a daily journal workbook and MP3’s of me coaching clients for each week to keep you motivated. (This product replaces my previous Coach in a Box product.)
3. SELF COACHING 101
If you want to learn how to coach yourself – this is the book that will cover the model I use in detail. I created this model to end my own suffering. It is easy to use and very effective. I go through each component of the model and how they are applied. I also use many client examples to make it easy to understand.

This is my latest book. It is a collection of many of the things I have taught and learned as a life coach. It is a collection of blog posts I have written over the past five years and new ideas and concepts that I have developed from my career.
